We recognized the growing need for technology-based solutions to support the increasing demand on at-home caregivers and identified the need for an application that could help them manage and monitor the care of their patients while increasing healthcare literacy.

CareChamp was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, with an easy-to-use interface that allowed caregivers to quickly and easily manage patient care. We also integrated the application with a variety of medical devices, such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters, to allow caregivers to monitor patient vitals in real-time.

CareChamp's medication management feature allows caregivers to track medication schedules and ensure that patients received their medications on time. The appointment scheduling feature makes it easy for caregivers to manage patient appointments and keep track of follow-up appointments.
